Invitation letter - A visa pre-approval or authorization should be obtained through the Applicant's Host or Sponsor in Vietnam. They must contact the Immigration Department, Ministry of Public Security (authorization number begins with 121A or 121B or 121C) or the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam (authorization number ends with LS-XNC.kv) requesting this approval to be sent to the Embassy for the visa issuance.

A copy of the above mentioned approval is required for the visa stamping.

Processing time: 04-05 working days.

In order to get your Vietnam visa, you must pay two types of fees:
The APPROVAL LETTER FEE ( paid online ) and STAMPING FEE ( paid in cash at Vietnam airports )
 

Visa Fees: 17 USD per person for one month Single entry + our service charges extra

Following are Stamp Fee updates for 2019 (price per person):

$25 for 1 month/3 month Single Entry visa

$50 for 1 month/3 month Multiple Entry visas

Processing time: minimum 03 working days

Note:

1. When you arrive at your destination airport in Vietnam, show the Approval Letter and photos at the Immigration office.

2. You will need to print the attached PDF file (in color, if possible, though it is not required) and prepare at least two (4cm x 6cm) passport photos.

3. Upon arriving at one of the Vietnam international airports in Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City or Nha Trang, travelers are required to complete an Entry/Exit form (available at the airports or by previous download from our website). You will then present your Approval Letter, passport, photos, and cash payment for the Stamping Fee in order to receive the visa stamped in your passport.

4. The Stamping Fee is the fee you are required to pay at a Vietnam airport in order to get the official Vietnam visa stamped in your passport. The fee is $25 USD for a single-entry visa (1-3 months), and $50 USD for a multiple-entry visa (1-3 months).

Remember: The Stamping Fee must be paid in cash (Vietnam dong or U.S. dollars). No credit cards are accepted.

Note: Visa on Arrival is only valid for air travelers. Travelers entering Vietnam by land or by sea must visit a Vietnam Embassy to get their visa stamp. Your Approval Letter will be accepted at all Vietnam international airports:

Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City)
Danang Airport (Da Nang)
Cam Ranh Airport (Nha Trang)
