USA TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST

All applicants must include the following documents when submitting their applications:

1. The applicant's valid passport. (Old and New)
2. A completed DS-160 application barcode.
3. Appointment Papers
4. A visa fee receipt.
5.  Photographs With White Background 50mmx50mm (Only For Dropbox)
6. Valid visa copy of the same visa category of either of the parents in which the child is applying.

Occupation proof – 

1. If Business Person 

1. Company Letterhead or Visiting Card.
2. A copy of Company Registration Certificate.
3. If the applicant has his own business/partner/proprietor/director, please provide as applicable: Incorporation certificate or Memorandum of association or Partnership deed or Proprietorship proof and applicant’s name should be mentioned in it.
4. Last 6 month's bank statement attested and signed by the bank. (Personal and company)
5. Income Tax Returns for Last three years. (Personal and company)

2. If Salaried Person: 

1. Last 3 months Salary Slip
2. Office Id card
3. Leave Certificate & NOC from the Employer on company letter head with seal & signed by authorized signatory.
    

3. If Children traveling with parents:

1. School or college I Card
2. NOC or Leave Letter from School or college
3. School dairy holiday list

4. If you are visiting a relative:

Letter of sponsor ship carry photocopies of the relative's proof of status e.g. Green Card, naturalization certificate, valid visa, Bank statements and Tax returns also Property papers if possible.

5. For parents visiting a child resident in the US

Childs's original birth certificate, Photocopy of all pages of child's passport, Where the US visa of child has expired, photocopy of the renewed petition  required, Where child is a legal permanent resident in USA, photocopy of the green card (front and back) is required, bank statements and Tax returns of child.

Please review this information for the requirements of nonimmigrant visa interview waiver for applicants under 14 years of age and over 79 applied at any U.S Consular office in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad or Kolkata).

Requirements:

1. Applicants under 14 years of age or over 79 from the date of submission are not required to appear for a nonimmigrant visa interview at any Post in India. Such applicants may submit their visa applications through the Interview Waiver Program. All other rules, requirements and fees for those under 14 years of age and over 79 remain in effect.

2. Parents having the appointment scheduled together with the child under 14 years of age should submit the required above documents during the time of their Interview at Embassy/Consulate. Visa issuance for those not appearing in person is not guaranteed. The Embassy /Consulate may in some cases, after reviewing an application, require the child to appear in person.
