TURKEY TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST

Documents for Tourist visa under New Delhi Jurisdiction

1.The original passport should be issued less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months beyond the intended duration of stay in Turkish territory and with at least two full blank pages.

2.Manually filled visa application form by blue or black pen in capital letters.

3. 2 biometric photos with a white background that were taken within the last 6 months, depicting the full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch size.

4. Travel insurance (valid for at least duration of the trip in Turkey)

5. Confirmed reservation of round trip flight ticket.

6. Hotel reservation

7. Tour Itinerary (optional)

8. If Salaried person/Employed:

1. Original Leave letter from employer on company letter head with authorized sign and stamp.
2. Covering Letter duly signed on A4 size paper (Typed format) explaining the purpose of the trip, duration of stay in Turkey etc.
3. Last 3 months’ salary slips with original stamp and sign of the company.
4. Last 3 months’ Salary account statements attested and signed by the bank.
5. Income Tax Returns for Last three years and Form 16 for Last one year. 

9. If Self-employed:

1. Covering letter duly signed on personal business letter head with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal explaining the purpose of the trip, duration of stay in Turkey etc.
2. A copy of Company Registration Certificate.
3. If the applicant has his own business/partner/proprietor/director, please provide as applicable: Incorporation certificate or Memorandum of association or Partnership deed or Proprietorship proof and applicant’s name should be mentioned in it.
4. Last 3 month's personal bank statement attested and signed by the bank. (Personal and company)
5. Income Tax Returns for Last three years. (Personal and company)

10.  If Student:

1. Original leave letter from the School/University.
2. Copy of valid ID card of School/University.
3. Last 3 months' personal bank statement or sponsor's bank statement and sponsorship letter if being sponsored.

11. If Retired Person:

1. Retirement proof
2. Income proof (if any: pension slips, rent from property etc.) 
3. Last 3 month's personal bank statement attested and signed by the bank.

12. Minors need consent letter from both parents in all cases (even though minor is travelling with both parents). The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized.

13. If the applicant is visiting a Turkish citizen/foreigner residing in Turkey; invitation letter including passport number and full name of the applicant and copy of the identity card and bank account of the inviter.​​​​​​​

14. (If not shown in passport) Marriage Certificate of the Couple issued by the marriage registrar / Affidavit required attested by Notary Public.

15.If Agent is making the application on behalf of the applicant, letter of attorney from every applicant, in original.

16.Copies of first and last pages of the passport.

Note : For Applying Multiple Entry:

1. Travel Insurance is mandatory requirement which should fulfill the below requirements (It Should be Valid for 01 Year from the Date of Travel).

1. Medical Evacuation and repatriation expenses
2. Personal accidental death
3. Personal liability
4. Daily allowance in hospitalization cases
5. This plan should cover the insured for a minimum of Euro 30000.
