SPORTS/ART AND CULTURE: (IN CASE OF STUDENT, UNDER AGE OF 30 YEARS, FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS OF THEIR PARENTS WOULD SUFFICE.)

SHORT TERM STUDENT/INTERNSHIP/RESEARCH

FROM KOREA:

Business registration certificate of korean org. or Employment certificate/ passport Copy (If Korean)

FROM INDIA: 

Student proof (Bonafide Certificate), Else Occupation Proof OR Employment Certificate. (Specimen copy – click here)

Guarantee letter from the sponsor along with relationship proof

1 yr. Income tax return personal notarized ( Last Assessment Year) or (In absence of Income Tax Return please provide explanatory note with 6 months bank statement till the date of submission in original) Note: In case of student, under age of 30 years, financial documents of their parents with relationship proof would suffice.

Original or Notarized of all Academic Records

He invitation letter should contain the following information

- Invitee's details, such as full name and DOB and Passport number

- Inviter's details, such as in case of companies, name, phone, number of person and Email ID

- In-charge, and in case of individuals, inviter's full name, ID no (Foreigner Registration No), and phone number and Email ID

- Inviting company/individual's registered seal/signature at the end of the letter

Reference

Those from countries that is under agreement of multiple-entry visa with Korea, multiple-entry visa will be issued upon request

Those that enter Korea with the purpose of industrial training must apply for Industrial Training status (D-3), and cannot apply for the C-2 or C-3.
