SOMALIA BUSINESS VISA CHECKLIST

- The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least 3 months from the date of application for the visa.

- Two visa forms (photocopy allowed).

- Two passport-size photographs.

- A Covering Letter from the Indian Organization recommending travel and stating the Name and addresses of the Organization to be visited.

- A Letter of Invitation from the Business Associates in Somalia.

- Confirmed onward/ return air ticket.

- Onward country visa.

- Yellow fever certificate is required. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.

- Proof of sufficient funds.

- Bank statements for the last 6 months.

- Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.

- A valid Polio (OPV) Certificate is required. The dose of OPV should be taken at least four weeks prior to the departure from India.

- Visa issued is valid for 90 days with a maximum stay of 30 days.

- Personal presence of the applicant is mandatory.

- Visa can be extended in Somalia.

- Only single entry visa is issued.

- Processing time is 24 hours.
