SINGAPORE TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST

1) A valid passport with at least six months validity on the date of entry in Singapore. (A photocopy of your passport bio-data page.)

2)  One visa form (Form 14A) duly filled and signed by the applicant.

3) 2 recent camera clicked colored photographs (mobile clicked photo/selfies not acceptable) as per specs (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months; taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish) One photo pasted on visa from 14A and should be cross signed by the applicant. 

 Please note one photograph should be pasted on the visa form and signed across; the second photograph should be attached with a gem clip.

4) Cover letter explaining the purpose of visit and signed by the applicant. (Letter have to be address to “The Visa Officer Singapore High Commission New Delhi)

5) Bank Statement Last 6 Months(With Bank Stamp & Sign)

6) Occupation proof – 

  If Business Person

·         Company Letterhead or Visiting Card

  If Salaried Person:

·         Last 3 months Salary Slip

·         Office Id card

·         Leave Certificate & NOC from the Employer on company letter head with seal & signed by authorized signatory

 

  If Children travelling with parents:

·         School or college I Card

·         NOC or Leave Letter from School or college

·         School dairy holiday list

 

  If somebody is Inviting:

·         Invitation letter (Please mentioned relation, his personal details and contact details)

·         Passport and Valid visa copy

·         Resident Card/ FIN Card No.

·         Offer letter from Employer

You are advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore.

The processing time for visa applications will generally take 3 to 5 working days (excluding date of submission, weekends and public holidays). Some applications may take longer to process.

Each visa application and its validity will be considered on its own merits. The minimum visa validity is 9 weeks.
