REPUBLIC OF CONGO TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST

TOURIST VISA

* The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least six months and photocopy of the biodata pages.

* Filled application form along with one passport size color photograph and contact number (top left corner of the form).

* Covering letter /Guarantee /Employment Letter (if any).

* An original invitation letter along with one photocopy from friends/family in Republic of Congo (if applicable).

* Hotel reservation.

* Declaration letter from the invitee company (format to be taken from Embassy (Mandatory for all privatised company and family)).

* Confirmed return air ticket issued from ECAir. (Note:- The Embassy suggest that the itinerary should be New Delhi to Dubai and then Dubai to Brazzaville by ECAir (Equatorial Congo Airlines Ltd.).

* Original Yellow fever certificate and one photocopy. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.

* In case of married couple marriage certificate proof and for minors birth certificate is required.

* Husband/ Father/ Invitant existing visa page and passport copy.

* Recent bank statement (not more than 6 months).

* Working proof of invitant (person from Congo).

* Recent water and electricity bill.

* Invitant's salary slip with CNSS registration number and salary slip must be in CFA (Congelese Currency).

* Documents listed above are not limited, the Embassy may ask for more documents if required.

* Visa fee is to be paid in INR and in cash only.

* Processing time is 3 working days.

* Urgent Visa Processing fee is double of the Normal Visa Processing fee. And Every Multiple Entry is INR 5000 extra along with the Visa Fee (Normal)
