PHILIPPINES TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST

 

Indian nationals who wish to visit the Philippines for tourism purposes may be granted visa-free entry into the country in any port of entry (major international airports and secondary international hubs (SIHs), as well as in seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels) for an initial authorized stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days, provided they possess the following:

 

1.) Either a valid (used or unused) American (US), Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, United Kingdom, or Singaporean multiple-entry visa or permanent residence permit.
 

2.) An Indian passport valid at least six (6) months beyond the date of departure from the Philippines;
 

3.) Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination; and
 

4.) No derogatory record with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

 

The fourteen (14) day, visa-free entry may be extended by an additional seven (7) days with the Philippine Bureau of Immigration for a maximum stay of twenty-one (21) days but is non-convertible to other visa categories.

 

Attached herewith the application form and the requirements as follows:

 

Tourist visa:

 

· Visa application form(enclosed) fully and legibly completed in English by the applicant

 

· One passport size photograph taken no more than 6 months ago. Scanned photos are not acceptable.

 

· Original passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the contemplated stay in the Philippines

 

· One passport photocopy (first and last page).

 

· Letter of invitation (if applicable) indicating complete address and telephone number should be notarized by notary public.( Passport copy and the visa copy)-Scan Copy

 

· Covering letter from the applicant.

 

· If employed, applicant's Certificate of Current Employment from Employer to include Leave Sanctioned, employer's full name, address and telephone number, applicant's length of service and salary details.

 

· If self-employed, Proof of Business.

 

· If Student, applicant's Certificate of Bonafide from the School/college.

 

· If minor, under 15 years of age traveling alone or to be accompanied by a person other than a parent or not joining a parent in the Philippines. Affidavit of Support and Consent to Travel. The affidavit must be executed by either or both parents indicating traveling companion of minor and address in the Philippines, duly notarized by a local Notary Public, attested by the MEA  and consular officer of the Philippine Embassy. This affidavit must be presented before immigration officials at the port of entry in the Philippines upon the minor's arrival in the Philippines.

 

· If Spouse of a Philippine Citizen: Name of Filipino spouse should be indicated in the visa applicant's passport Copy of Report of Marriage issued by the Philippine Embassy or Philippine National Statistics office

 

· If Unmarried Minor Child of a Filipino Parent: Copy of Birth Certificate and Copy of Parent's valid passports

 

· If spouse is in the Philippines under business visa or employment visa , the copy of marriage authentication certificate to be submitted along with the other documents.

 

· Bank statements for latest 6 months(Healthy Balance)

 

· IT returns for 3 years.

 

· Confirmed return air ticket

 

· Confirmed Hotel Accommodation.

PHILIPPINES BUSINESS VISA CHECKLIST

 

Business visa

 

Kindly note down Business Visa Requirements for PHILIPPINES (DELHI)

 

1. Original Valid passport with at least six month validity from the date of travel (Old Passports Mandatory).

 

2. 1 visa application Form (Form Should be checked for Single Entry Visa only as the Embassy does not issues Multiple Entry Visas). (Form Attached)

 

3. 1 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa). (with white background with 35 x 45mm - Without Cross sign).

 

4. Photocopy of the passport (1st page and last page) is MUST

 

5. Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Phillipines on Letterhead.

 

6. E ticket with ticket number showing departure after 10 working days from the date of submission.

 

7. Stay Itinerary (hotel)

 

8. Original Invitation Letter mentioning address in Philippines with Tel no and e-mail address required in original duly NOTARIZED FROM Philippines NOTARY( Valid ID Copy of signing authority on Invitation Letter is mandatory).

 

9. Copy of Company Registration Certificate of Indian and Philippine Company.

 

10. Pax direct contact number, either landline OR mobile.

 

11. Employment ID copy of pax

 

12. Original bank statement of last 6 months with health balance (consular officer will assess the financial capacity based on the intent to travel).

 

13. Last 3 years ITR OF applicant with BARCODE

 

14. In case of a married couple travelling together Marriage Certificate is required to be attested by HOME+MEA+EMBASSY and embassy can also ask the same for any couple at random.

 

15. If Children below 15 years not accompanied by the Parents then VEG is required to be attested from HOME+MEA+EMBASSY.[Note: VEG is a NOC Letter signed by both the parents on a Stamp Paper attested by Local Govt].

 

16. If Spouse is Philippino then Spouse Name should be indicated in the Visa Applicants passport copy and report of Marriage issued by the Philippines Embassy or Philippines Govt.

 

Notes

Any document if asked to furnish by the Embassy should be submitted within 5 Working Days from the day it is been asked to submit by the Embassy, failing which the applicant is required to apply afresh along with all the documents by paying the visa fees again.
