INDONESIA TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

1. Completed online application form; 

2. Original passport with minimum of 2 (two) blank Pages; 
 

3. 1 (one) copy of original passport (including personal identity pages, pages containing any amendments/observations/revisions and pages containing the latest Indonesian visa, if any); 
 

4. 1 (one) passport-sized photograph (3 x 4 cm with red background); 
 

5. Cover/request letter (original) to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in New Delhi from either the applicant or the employer/institution; 
 

6. 1 (one) copy of Resident Certificate from the Foreigner Regional Registration Office (FRRO) of India with minimum validity of 6 (six) months from the date of departure to Indonesia (for non-Indian nationals residing in India only); 
 

Note: Verbale (original) from the applicantations country of origin’s Embassy/High Commission/Consulate in India (for non-Indian nationals who are non-residents in India only); 
 

7. 1 (one) copy of citizen identity card (for Nepalese nationals only); 
 

8. No Objection letter (original) from the applicantâtions parents/family member (for students who travel unaccompanied by their parents/adult family members only); 
 

Visit Visa: Tourist/Business/Social-Cultural Visa
 

Application of the visa must be fulfilled the general requirement and enclosing:  
 

1. Confirmed return ticket or a ticket issued for traveling to other countries.  
*The maximum staying period is 60 days from the date of arrival in Indonesia.  
 

2. Residence Certificate for foreigner staying in India with minimum validity of 6 months from date of departure to Indonesia (Mandatory). 
 

SINGLE VISIT For Tourist Visa:
 

1. Letter of recommendation/invitation from a sponsor or a guarantee on the availability of funds to cover living expenses while staying in Indonesia (financial proof);  
 

2. Proof of accomodation while staying in Indonesia. 

For Business Visa:
 

1. Covering letter from the Indian/local company;  
 

2. Clearance from Indonesian Immigration Authority, or a sponsorship letter from company in Indonesia, or a guarantee on the availability of funds to cover living expenses while staying in Indonesia. 

For Social Culture Visa:
 

3. Covering / request letter  

4. Clearance from Indonesian Immigration Authority, or a sponsorship letter from instittion/family/relative staying in Indonesia, or a guarantee on the availability of funds to cover living expenses while staying in Indonesia. 

MULTIPLE VISIT VISA
 

Applicants have to fulfill he general requirement and:  
 

1. Passport with at least 18 months period of validity.  
 

2. Clearance from Indonesian Immigration authorities and a sponsorship letter or letter of applicant guaranteeing on the availability of funds to cover living expenses while in Indonesia.  
 

3. Proof of a returned ticket or a ticket issued for traveling to other countries for the first travel.  
*Multiple entry visa is valid for a maximum of two years from the date of first entry into Indonesia, with the staying period of each entry not exceed 60 days.
