Business Visa Requirements

A covering letter attaching the following documents:

1. Two duly completed visa application forms with two recent passport size photographs of applicant.
2. Valid passport (at least 6 months validity). Passport data pages should be photocopied.
3. Police Clearance Certificate (issued preferably by MEA).
4. Evidence of funds available to applicant for the duration of visit.
5. Statement should be stamped and signed by the Bank.
6. A Letter from Place of Employment (stamped and signed by Employer).
7. A Letter of Invitation and Certificate of Registration from the Guyanese Company.
8. Flight Itinerary.
9. Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate.
10. General Medical Certificate.
11. Hotel Reservation.
