- Bolivia is one of those countries that give visa on arrival for Indians. The catch is that it costs ~60 USD and you can get it only at major airports like La Paz or Santa Cruz. ... Also if you apply for it in your home country or from another country before entering Bolivia, the visa is issued free of charge.

- The applicant should have a valid passport, passport size photographs, hotel booking, confirmed return air tickets and a yellow fever vaccination certificate.

1. BOLIVIA VISA FORM LINK  http://www.rree.gob.bo/formvisas/
2. Four recent passport-size photographs with clear blue background.
3. Ticket round trip.
4. Address of Hotel.
5. Identity proof, for Applicant outside the India (Bangladesh, Pakistan etc).
6. Bank statement for last 3 months with bank stamp and signed.
7. A PCC issued by the local passport office is now mandatory. The PCC issued by a police station is no longer acceptable.
8. Personal appearance is required.
9. Yellow fever vaccination certificate. A Yellow fever vaccination certificate is valid for 10 years, beginning 10 days after vaccination. Vaccination shot to be taken accordingly.
